How to avoid redness

To clean the skin without redness or marks, be sure to follow these 6 steps and try the treatment again with the right steps:

  • Open up the pores before use: take a hot shower or use a steamer for 5-7 minutes (very important!)

  • Use the lowest suction power, test the device with the small round nozzle on the nose.

  • If the small round nozzle irritates you, use only the metal nozzle (the gentlest) for the whole face.

  • Do not hold the device still, slide it with top-to-bottom movements.

  • Use the SMALL ROUNDED NOZZLE just for the nose and chin:

  • Use the metallic nozzle for the rest of the face (cheeks, forehead):

WARNING: DO NOT use the large round nozzle for blackheads. It's meant for an oxygenating massage and is not suitable for sensitive skin.

General Terms

At New World Project LLC, we are committed to delivering the highest quality and most effective skincare products. To demonstrate our confidence in our offerings, we provide a 2-year warranty on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of any New World Project LLC product, you are eligible to request a replacement within 2 years of the delivery date for online purchases.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from authorized sellers. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online platforms, are not covered under this warranty, as we cannot guarantee the quality of items sold by such vendors.

To process your warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase or ownership. This can include your order number and/or email confirmation, image of the product.

Guidelines

New World Project LLC reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the warranty. New World Project LLC may amend or terminate its warranty at any time without notice.

Online Purchases

Only items purchased through the Luxury Confidence website are eligible. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online platforms, are not covered under this warranty, as we cannot guarantee the quality of items sold by such vendors.

Eligibility for Refund

Sealed items are eligible for a refund if a return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Note: For hygiene purposes, once the packaging is opened, even if the product is unused, we cannot accept the return, as the seal is the only way to guarantee the product's integrity.

How to Submit a Return Request

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include a photo of the sealed item(s) with your request.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, ship the product(s) back to us within 7 days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To ensure a smooth return process, you need to provide us with a clear picture showing both the tracking number and the package weight.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs to our US warehouse are the client’s responsibility. Full refunds are only issued on sealed packaging.

Note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Compensation Terms (if applicable)

If we offer you any form of compensation (such as a refund, credit, or replacement), you must confirm your acceptance within 7 days of the offer being made.
If you do not accept the compensation within this 7-day window, the offer will expire and no longer be available.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will ONLY be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: If a customer initiates a chargeback or a dispute with the bank, they will forfeit their eligibility for the 2 year warranty and any of the above compensation. They will need to deal directly with their bank.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation. This policy is in place due to the swift processing of orders through our fulfilment and shipping system, ensuring that you receive your products as quickly as possible.

DELIVERED, NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are happy to offer a one-time free replacement.

How to Qualify for a Replacement:

First, check your mailbox, any secure delivery spots, and ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate your package, please continue checking over the next 48 hours. Sometimes delivery carriers mistakenly mark a package as delivered, and it often arrives within the next day or two.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, submit a request to our support email
Provide your order number and confirm your shipping address.
Note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered. Only a one-time free replacement will be issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Arriving Damaged

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
